Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pareek IT Services from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their use of our IT support services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Warranty Disclaimer

No warranties: Our IT support services are provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee that the services will meet all of the Client’s expectations or resolve every issue. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability or effectiveness of the services provided.
Third-party software and hardware: We do not warrant or guarantee the performance of any third-party software or hardware products installed or supported as part of our services.
10. Intellectual Property
